It sounds a hard job, but already Covenant is making a decent fist of it
There is an add-on for BBC IPlayer which should theoretically get you the BBC news channels but I have never been able to get the add-on to work

Covenant in my opinion is the best third party addon in Kodi and if used and paired with Real Debrid and other services will be the only addon you will ever need for Movies and Tv Shows
